Servicing your Minicall or VodaZap Pager
There are several checks that you should carry out before
sending your pager to us for repair.
- Check that your pager is faulty.
- If your pager does not turn on and a new battery has
been tried, it is probably safe to say that your pager is faulty.
- Call us for details or simply return the pager with
your full details and a description of the fault/s observed.
- If your pager turns on normally, but will not receive
messages then again it is likely to be faulty.
- or perhaps the display screen may be cracked and not
illuminating correctly.
- If your pager has been immersed in any form of liquid
then it is likely to be beyond repair. If you have any doubts, please call us.

- We will be pleased to assist you further and or advise
about your best course of action.
- If your product is un-repairable, we will contact you
and arrange for your pager to be returned to you at no charge.
